“bringing the CHS closer to people in Yemen“

With an aim to enhance the quality of humanitarian work and the values of accountability. Today, the Building Foundation for Development (BFD), holds and hosted the introductory workshop on the core humanitarian standards as most active organizations in Yemen participated in coordination with the CHS Alliance. This workshop aimed to generate learning with NGOs in Yemen on how to increase their participation with the (CHS Alliance), the importance of quality and accountability in the Yemeni context was discussed, and opportunities and challenges for implementing basic humanitarian standards in Yemen were explored.
