BFD in Action (Issues Advocacy)
Building Foundation for Development has been actively engaged in addressing the global climate issue ِCoinciding with the holding of CUP 28 Dubai, recognizing the urgent need for collective action to mitigate the harmful effects of environmental challenges. In line with its commitment to sustainability and resilience-building, BFD launched a comprehensive electronic campaign through various social media platforms, reaching over 10580 individuals in Yemen.
BFD’s electronic campaign, spanning platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and WhatsApp, was designed to amplify advocacy efforts on addressing climate change. Through targeted messaging and engaging content, the campaign effectively raised awareness among diverse audiences about the importance of climate resilience and sustainable practices.
BFD has strategically integrated climate resilience into its projects, recognizing the interconnectedness of environmental sustainability and community well-being. By adopting sustainable practices and innovative solutions, BFD has enhanced the overall effectiveness of its interventions and contributed to building long-term resilience in Yemen.
