BFD in partnership with UNICEF, through the integrated Health & Nutrition project. 319 CHVs from all districts of Al-Bayda Governorate have been trained to Combat Severe Malnutrition among Children U5 & PLWs through the implementation of awareness sessions for the community. As well as the monthly screening of children and PLWs in each village and referral of all cases of malnutrition to the specific health facilities
